Yoga at the Quay on Instagram
While Yoga at the Quay has been a staple in the community for quite some time, the Quayside-based studio will have its official grand opening and ribbon cutting on Feb. 28 at 2pm.
“Our focus is creating meaningful experiences for anyone who walks through our doors,” says Laura O’Reilly, who founded the studio. “We’re really excited to welcome the community to our space and show them what we’re about and how we can support them on their wellness journey.”

Bring a buddy. This is an opportunity to get your little one trying lacrosse at no cost. There are multiple sessions taking place on Feb. 5, 12, and 24 at Queensborough Middle School. The fun starts each night at 6:30pm, and is open to kiddos aged four to eight.
